There are so many different portable air conditioners on the market today that it can be difficult to know which one to choose. Well in this Blaux AC review, I will be talking exclusively about this unique, innovative and cheap portable air con so you can work out once and for all if it’s something you want to get to help keep you cool this summer.
I’m such a big fan of this air conditioner. I will be straight up and honest about this fact. In the past I’ve probably bought 5 different portable units and I have not been impressed with any of them. The biggest issue I have always had is the noise factor. On low most of them are fine but as soon as you want the strongest cooling mode, the noise level shoots up and this really frustrates me.
The Blaux portable AC doesn’t have any issue with noise. In fact it’s so quiet that most of the time I forget that it’s even on. Luckily the cool room temperature alerts me to the fact that it is indeed on. I personally love taking an afternoon nap and love doing so in a cool environment so this unit is awesome in that regard.
Another issue I’ve experienced with countless other ac units is that their battery life is pitiful. I don’t want to constantly be charging the device every few hours just so it can continue running. This is annoying and interruptive. And if I want to take the air con on a camping trip where getting easy access to charge the battery isn’t alway easy, then these products are next to useless for me.
The Blaux air conditioner on the other hand has a very long charge life on the battery. It can last for multiple hours even on the highest of cooling settings. This means that you can always take it everywhere with full peace of mind knowing that you don’t have to worry about a low battery.
There are many Blaux review articles online with people complaining about changing the filter of the device. I personally don’t know what all the trouble is. It’s actually dead simple to change. And you only need to do it once a month or maybe even once every two months. And it takes about 5 minutes to clean. So my advice is to just do it! Forget about the pain because there isn’t much. And the way I see it, you get so much more value from an air con such as this. There is definitely more pleasure than pain using this device.
As you can probably tell, I really like this device. It works just like it claims to. It’s very cheap compared to other models. It quickly cools down small to medium sized rooms in minutes. It’s super light in weight so even a young child could move it between rooms. There is very little maintenance to run this device. And I’m really impressed with the nighttime mood-lighting. It gently rotates through all the colors of the rainbow and it’s a really nice touch during those hot summer nights.
