All three of the main credit bureaus—TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian—are informed by Macy's Credit Card about the card's credit limit, account balance, payment history, and other information. Depending on the applicant's home state and other circumstances, Department Stores National Bank may favor one credit bureau over another.

The Macy's credit card comes in two major varieties: an American Express open-loop card that can be used anyplace that accepts American Express and a closed-loop card that can only be used at Macy's. Both credit cards have an annual charge.

Online bill payment for your Macy's Credit Card is the simplest option. You may also mail a check, pay in person at a Macy's location, or make a payment over the phone at (888) 257-6757. Additionally, you may set up recurring payments. The Macy's Store Card also accepts the same payment methods.
