It all began in 1958 when Marvin Falk opened the original Falk Auto Body in Zumbrota, Minnesota. His focus on quality workmanship, honest service, and doing things the right way set the standard for everything that followed.
Marvin’s son, Don Falk, continued that legacy by expanding the business to Red Wing. While the Zumbrota location remains successful under new ownership, the Red Wing shop has become the center of the Falk family’s tradition of excellence in collision repair.
In 2019, long-time team members Mike and Chris Albers stepped into ownership. Don and Nancy Falk remained involved as trusted advisors during the transition, and by 2022, they fully retired, leaving the business in capable hands. Mike and Chris proudly carry on the values that Marvin began more than six decades ago.
The Story of Mike and Chris
Mazeppa natives Chris and Mike Albers are more than just business partners. They are cousins who have been inseparable since childhood. Both are married and each has a daughter and a son. Their attention to detail, deep Midwestern roots, and strong southern Minnesota work ethic make them a perfect team to lead Falk Auto Body & Glass into the future.
