Delivery will be between the hours of 7AM and 12PM the morning of your event. We will come back the following day to pick-up your rental. For special arrangements please call our office at 781-447-8300.
We can set up on grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can’t set up on any type of rock as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps. If we are setting up on any surface other than grass please let us know ahead of time so that we can bring the proper equipment to safely setup.
Yes, all orders require a $50 deposit which can be paid by check or credit card. Deposits are refundable if cancelled by 8AM the morning of your rental.
Check the requirements listed with each unit. Some of our units require an attendant. Please allow at least a 4’ access to the area where it will be set up. The moonwalks can weigh up to 850 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room.
Sizes are listed under the description of the unit on our website. Please allow 2' of clearance on each side of the bounce house or jumper, water slide, obstacle, or tent.
