Tickets will be issued only as mobile tickets. No paper tickets, PDF files, or print-at-home tickets will be available.

To access and download your mobile tickets, log in to the new U.S. Soccer mobile app, Ticketmaster app, or www.ussoccer.com/mytix.

In the new U.S. Soccer app, your tickets (purchased through www.ticketmaster.com or www.ussoccer.com/mytix) will automatically be integrated into your app profile.

Please note - Ticketmaster is the official ticketing provider for this match. U.S. Soccer is not responsible for ticket purchases, printing tickets, or resolving issues for any tickets purchased from a third party/broker/scalper. Fans needing to pick up tickets from will call should visit the Ticket Office (near Gate 2), which opens at 10:00 AM. A valid photo-ID will be required to pick up tickets. MLS BAG POLICY

MLS Bag Policy will be in effect for this match. Under the MLS Bag Policy, fans are prohibited from bringing the following into the stadium:

Drawstring bags/cinch sacks are OK as long as they are within the specified dimensions.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

The following items are not allowed at Nippert Stadium:

• Aerosol Cans
• Alcohol or Illegal Substances
• Backpacks (drawstring bags are accepted)
• Balloons and Beach Balls
• Cameras with Lenses or Lens Attachments over 6" (tripods and camera battery packs)
• Confetti
• Coolers or Ice Chests
• Drones
• Fireworks, Flares or Smoke Bombs
• Hover-boards or Birds
• Large Bags and Purses
• Laser Pointers
• Masks (worn in your seat only, must be removed when leaving your section)
• Metal or glass containers of any kind
• Noisemaking Devices (i.e. whistles, air horns, vuvuzelas)
• Outside Food and Beverages
• Poles to Display Banners, Flags, etc.
• Pets (Note: exception for certified service animals)
• Selfie Sticks
• Signs/banners larger than 2ft. x 2ft. (or any other items that can obstruct other patrons' views)
• Soccer Balls
• Strollers or baby seats may not be taken into the stands or left in section entrance
• Umbrellas (cannot be opened in the seating bowl)
• Video or Recording Devices (professional cameras with tripods and battery packs capabilities)
• Weapons of any kind (knives, pepper spray, stun guns, concealed weapons, or firearms, etc...)
• Any other item deemed to be inappropriate or dangerous by Security Staff

Fan HQ Cincinnati will be located at Sheakley Lawn (across from Gate 2) from 11:30 AM - 2:00 PM.
