Welcome to the OkOliver app!
This is a freemium Android and iOS app developed by OkOliver LLC. The app is available on Google Play and Apple app stores.
This app collects and via calls to our backend api (secured by https) stores personal memories entered by you either via voice or text and stores them in a Mongo database (www.mongodb.com). Your data is kept separate and inaccessible by other users via your google/apple/email/anonymous account which is used to login to the app, authenticate via firebase authentication (https://firebase.google.com/docs/auth), and then only access and store your data via a user_id and a token provided by firebase.
Additionally, the app uses AI technology based on the llama-index (https://github.com/run-llama/llama_index) and OpenAI (https://openai.com/) to form a large language model (LLM) and stores the vector embeddings in the Mongo database. The vector embeddings are kept secure via the login process above.
