Who we share your data with

We don't share your data with anyone but you. R3Analytics services will help you analyze better your own information or information you have access through other platforms like social media.

How long we retain your data

If you connect your social media accounts and use our platform, the data and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can better serve you. You can request to delete all your data permanently by sending us a request to info@r3analytics.tech.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account with us, contract our services or connect your social media account with our services, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data

We use robust, state-of-the-art security measures to protect your information. We store your information on "cloud" servers owned and operated by Amazon Web Services (“AWS”). AWS data centers undergo annual certifications to ensure they meet the highest standards of physical and virtual security. Critical parts of our Services employ the highest level of security standards, from HTTPS SSL, encryption-at-rest to password encryption. These measures are intended to prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information that we obtain from you.
