Installing the ZoomCell Cat M1/Cat NB1 USB Cellular Modem
on a Windows Computer

1. Download the drivers for your modem from http://www.zoomtel.com/4650support .
2. Unzip the drivers to a folder on your desktop.
3. Double click setup.exe to install the drivers.
   If the Windows User Control dialog box appears, click Yes, and then follow the prompts to install the drivers onto your computer.
4. Plug your modem into an available USB port on your computer. Windows will then install the drivers.
5. To connect to the Internet, click on the Network Icon on the Taskbar. You should see the name of your service provider. It may take 1 or 2 minutes for your service provider’s name to appear. If your service provider’s name does not appear, that means your modem is not registered on that service provider’s network. Please refer to Troubleshooting your Internet Connection in the Quick Start guide.
6. Click on your service provider’s name, then click Connect to connect to the Internet. Once connected, you may open your browser and go to a familiar Web site. If it works, congratulations! Your installation is complete. If your modem is NOT working, please refer to Troubleshooting your Internet Connection in the Quick Start guide.
