Use of the App

Bear There helps you create tasks and reminders. You are responsible for the task information, notes, places, and reminder settings you enter into the app.

Reminder Accuracy

Bear There uses Apple location and notification services to deliver reminders. Time-based and location-based reminders may be affected by device settings, permissions, battery settings, network conditions, operating system behavior, and location accuracy. The app is not guaranteed to deliver every reminder at an exact time or place.

Location Services

Location Services are optional. If you choose to use location-based reminders, you are responsible for enabling the permissions needed for those alerts. Bear There can still be used for regular reminders without location access.

Paid Features

Full App Unlock is a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase. Purchases, refunds, and restores are handled through Apple's In-App Purchase system and are subject to Apple's App Store terms and policies.

No Emergency Use

Bear There should not be used for emergencies, medical emergencies, safety-critical reminders, or situations where a missed reminder could cause harm.

Changes to the App

Features may be added, changed, or removed over time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated app experience and terms.

The app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the developer is not responsible for losses or damages related to use of the app.
