Overview

Bear There is designed to help you create tasks and receive reminders. The app stores your tasks, notes, saved places, reminder settings, and personalization choices on your device.

Information the App Uses

The app may use the following information when you choose to provide it:

• Task titles, notes, categories, dates, and completion status.
• Saved place names, addresses, and location coordinates.
• Location permission, when enabled, to support location-based reminders.
• Notification permission, when enabled, to deliver task reminders.

Location

Location Services are optional. Bear There remains usable without location access. If you choose to use location-based reminders, the app uses location information to let you attach a place to a task and receive an alert when you arrive there. You can also search for and manually select locations.

Data Storage

Bear There does not require an account. The app does not send your task data, notes, saved places, or location coordinates to a Bear There server. This information is stored locally on your device unless a future version clearly states otherwise.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, Bear There uses local notifications to remind you about tasks. Notification content may include the task title and notes you entered.

Deleting Data

You can delete individual tasks and saved places inside the app. You can also remove locally stored app data by deleting the app from your device.

Third-Party Services

Bear There uses Apple system services such as Maps, Location Services, Notifications, and StoreKit. Those services are governed by Apple's own terms and privacy policies.

Children's Privacy

Bear There is not intended to collect personal information from children. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated as the app changes. The updated date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version.
