What should I do if I didn't get the activation email?
We consistently send out activation emails. However, there might be instances where these emails accidentally land in your SPAM folder. If you've already taken a look there and haven't found the email, please reach out to the application team. They're here to help and can assist you in resending the email if needed.
NOTE: If you've previously had an account with one of the listed apps and you're registering for a new app, you won't receive an activation email. Instead, simply use the exisiting username and password to access the new one.
What should I do if I forgot my password?
Click Need Help Signing-in on Baxter ID sign-in page, then click Reset Password. Enter your email address and click Send Email. Look in your inbox for the system-generated email and follow the prompts.
What should I do if I forgot my password and i don't have a Recovery question or i don't remember the answer to it?
If you already performed the above steps to reset your password but don't have any Recovery Question or don't remember the answer, please reach out to the application support teams mentioned above and ask for a Temporary Password. Once you enter it, you will be prompted to choose a new password.
