Add and fill out Title Block templates to Layout documents

• 1. Create a title block .FML file. formZ provides many samples in the “formZ Title Blocks” folder found in your form•Z application folder.
• 2. Add Note Text objects in your title block file enclosed in chevrons, (i.e. ), then save title block file.
• 3. Start a new Layout Project and select Project Settings from File pull down menu.
• 4. Select Title Block option. Click on Load icon to load your title block file.
• 5. Click Dictionary button to invoke the Title Block Dictionary dialog.
• 6. Add/edit Name fields enclosed in chevrons, .
• 7. Add/edit Definition fields with desired text, “AutoDesSys Inc.”.
• 8. Click OK button and the title block is added to all sheets in your layout project and all Name fields will be automatically replaced with your Definitions.
• Note, you can update the title block .FML file and Dictionary fields any time while working on your Layout project.
