What should I bring to rehab at Recreate Ohio?
Recreate Behavioral Health of Ohio recommends bringing the following items to our Gahanna facility: comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing for 7-14 days, personal toiletries and hygiene items, any prescription medications in original bottles with pharmacy labels, insurance cards and photo identification, list of emergency contacts and important phone numbers, notebook or journal for treatment work, and personal comfort items like photos (no frames with glass). Optional items include books for downtime, workout clothes and athletic shoes, and weather-appropriate outerwear for outdoor activities. Do NOT bring alcohol, illegal drugs, weapons, medications not prescribed to you, valuables or large amounts of cash, or items with drawstrings or cords. Our Columbus-area facility provides meals, linens, towels, and basic necessities. Don't let concerns about what to bring delay getting help—we can work with whatever you have.
