The behavior change may have been caused by inconsistencies reported by me (I had a short e-mail exchange, which ended with me sending a list of issues encountered with their API), and I'm glad they are fixing inconsistencies, but the lack of response, changelog or API version change still leads to the above takeaway. It could be the best decision your small business makes this year. You don't want to impose a tool that actually makes key tasks more difficult or complex just so you can pay a premium for features those same employees may never touch.
