Only outside, and only accessible by walking along the beach and up a steep inaccessible flight of steps. Such a shame as the view was lovely and the food looked good.

The sea view is wonderful and the food is good. Lovely fish and sea food what spoils this place is the unfriendly non-welcoming staff. They are only interested in your money not in customer service.

Myself and my family visited this restaurant when we were staying in Longhoughton. We prebooked a table here for Sunday dinner and was not disappointed. The food was delicious, quick and great value for money. The staff were super friendly and attentive and we will Food is delicious, generously sized and well-priced.

Fish and Chips were particularly good. Made all the better with beautiful weather. Would definitely visit again. Booked a table for six at The Fishing Boat Inn, and it didn't disappoint. This has been a regular restaurant choice for us, year on year, as we like to stay in the nearby village.

We were glad to see the pub reopen and it The restaurant is currently not offering starters but were more than willing to provide warm bread and dipping oil for our table so as not to disappoint.

Various dishes were ordered and every one a hit. My daughter described her choice of goat's cheese and apricot nut roast as 'the best vegetarian dish ever! Similarly, my choice of the 'salmon special' was superb and I could not fault any of it. Suffice to say, six clean plates later, we were very happy to be, once again, giving this restaurant a five star rating.

Amazing beach house, warm and welcoming pub with delicious food. We spent a week in the beach house of the fishing boat inn.

A very warm welcome from Kelly who looked after us so well and who works so hard, as do the rest of the staff. Breakfasts were delicious, there was a good choice, you had to choose the night before but that was fine with us. We ate in the restaurant for a couple of evenings and the meals were wonderful, lots of delicious seafood and comforting desserts at very reasonable prices. This is an amazing place, beautiful location, thank you to Kelly and the others for making our stay so special.
